As we continue to celebrate 25 years as Guida Surveying, Inc., we want to give special recognition to the team members who reached major milestone anniversaries this summer.

Tim Fettig, PLS | 25 Years

Tim has been with Guida since the very beginning; this includes a lifetime friendship with Ralph, which began long before the company’s inception. Tim’s contributions as a party chief, project surveyor, manager, vice president, and member of Guida’s Board of Directors have been instrumental to the firm’s growth and success. He has been an excellent example to the staff he leads, doing so with both kindness and thoughtful mentorship. Everyone on the Guida team is lucky to have Tim working alongside them and we look forward to continuing to do so in the years ahead. Thank you, Tim!

Adam D’Alvia, PLS | 25 Years

Adam has dedicated almost his entire career to his work at Guida; and during his 25 years as a party chief, his efforts have significantly contributed to the positive reputation for quality and excellent the firm has earned over the years. In fact, his experience at Guida includes some of the firm’s largest transportation projects throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Those who have had the opportunity to work with Adam know they are getting to work with one of the best in the industry and we are grateful he has chosen to be a part of the Guida family. Eric Nickle | 15 Years

Guida is thankful Eric has chosen to be a part of our team for 15 years. While working in the field as a party chief has been his main focus, Eric has always been willing to step up and step in where he is needed most; this not only includes working on any project without hesitation, but also helping lead the San Diego office team so that Richard is able to take time off. Eric’s dedication to the surveying profession is also evidenced by his willingness to share his expertise and knowledge for the betterment of the entire team. Thank you, Eric!

Megan Guida | 15 Years

When Meagan joined the firm as chief executive officer, she brought with her over two decades of knowledge and strategic growth experience within the A&E industry. Throughout her time at Guida, Meagan has worked hard to continuously improve the firm’s standard of quality, efficiency, and relationships. Her strategic hires, along with geographic and organic growth models, have helped launch Guida into the successful firm it is today. She and Ralph both share a commitment to Guida’s team members, both personally and professionally. Thank you, Meagan!

Ralph W. Guida IV, PLS | 25 Years

As a second-generation land surveyor, surveying was not just a profession, but a special part of the Guida family. Since the time he founded the firm in 1995, Ralph has built a business with the vision of inspiring greatness within the industry, within the community, and within his own corporate family. He has worked hard to establish a well-liked brand in the surveying community and has invested in the tools, equipment, and training our staff needs to be the best in the business. Ralph is not only passionate about surveying, but also about learning, teaching, and growing the industry overall. Again, we say… thank you, Ralph!
