Long Beach Community College District, On-Call Land Surveying Services

For several years, Guida provided the Long Beach Community College District (which included the Long Beach and Pacific Coast College campuses) with design surveys, topographic surveys, roadway cross-sectional surveys, boundary surveys, utility surveys, as-built condition surveys, legal descriptions and plats, field survey data collection, fieldwork, and right of way in in support of the District’s bond program. Surveys were performed to support civil engineering design for grading, utilities, roadway joins, buildings, and other design modifications on the two campuses.
