City of Dublin, On-Call Land Surveying Services

Guida works with the City of Dublin to provide a variety of land surveying services which include, but are not limited to, final map checks, monument verification, and lot line adjustments. As acting as the City’s surveyor, Guida’s staff has been asked to sign and stamp reviewed maps, attend meetings with developers, and to assist the City with survey-related issues. As a standard, Guida’s staff reviewers adhere to both the standards of the Subdivision Map Act and any applicable local ordinances. When any concerns arise, Guida provides the City with an un-bias, professional opinion so that the City knows their full scope of options and can make an informed decision. Guida works hard to complete all task orders on time and under budget.
