El Rancho High School Renovation

El Rancho High School sits on 48 acres of land and is home over 38 structures. Guida was tasked with providing a variety of land surveying and mapping services for campus renovations. These services included the control network survey, utility survey, aerial mapping, design survey, and right of way surveying. Guida also provided ground penetrating radar (GPR) and electromagnetic services throughout the entire school property. Working with the GPR manager, title company, and project surveyor, our team obtained preliminary title reports, plotted existing encumbrances and existing utilities. This work was located directly on the school’s campus and surveying services had to be completed while school was in session. Guida focused on the safety of the students by working quickly and carefully without sacrificing accuracy and quality.
