Last month, Guida generously donated a $1,000 scholarship to CSU Fresno sophomore, Brittany Chen, who is currently completing the college’s land surveying program. These scholarships, which are a long-standing industry tradition, are awarded to hard-working students at CSU Fresno’s annual Geomatics Conference.
Guida team members were in attendance to not only represent the firm, but to speak to students and give advice to those who are choosing to make land surveying their future. At the conference, Guida team members also were able to meet with students who are interested in both internships and full-time career opportunities. This is an excellent way to pre-interview prospective candidates who are interested in becoming a part of the Guida team.
